How it works

Where your money actually goes.

No choreography, no confetti. Here is the machinery: how your money is invested, where it’s held, and what manages it day to day.

The mechanics

Four steps, all of them regulated.

01

You open a regulated account

Identity and source-of-funds checks, as required of a CMA-licensed fund manager. Your money enters a regulated structure from the first shilling.

02

Your money gets an allocation

Choose the funds and instruments you want, or let a portfolio be built around your goal and horizon — across KES and USD, local and global.

03

Assets sit with custodians, not with us

Your investments are held segregated from Ndovu’s own assets, with regulated custodians. We manage your portfolio; we don’t hold your wealth.

04

The platform manages, you watch it work

Contributions invested, drift rebalanced, maturing instruments handled, idle cash flagged. You see holdings, costs, and performance in full at any time.

Two ways in

Self-serve today. An advisor when you want one.

Self-serve

Start on your own terms

Open an account, fund it, and invest — money market funds, government securities, global markets. The full platform, at your own pace.

Private Wealth

Add a dedicated advisor

When your position calls for judgment as well as software: one named advisor, a written plan, and portfolio management across everything you hold.
