What documents are required when opening an account?

All customers must be at least 18 years of age. A copy of your ID is to be uploaded and KRA PIN number to be provided when creating an account. We may require other information but you will be notified when the need arises.

Can I cancel an accidental deposit or withdrawal?

No. An accidental deposit/withdrawal can not be cancelled. The deposit or withdrawal will be completed as placed. You can correct your action once the process has been completed.

Can I withdraw some of my money?

Yes, you can withdraw some of your money. However, there is a minimum withdrawal amount of Ksh 200.  

How do I withdraw my money?

Simply log in to your account. Select ndovu Sure.  Select ‘withdraw’. Confirm the amount.  The money will be in your account within 3 business days.

Am I charged for withdrawing?

No, there is no withdrawal fee. We, however, reserve the right to levy appropriate charges should the need arise.
