Deactivating your account.

There are two options to close your account with Ndovu.

Once initiated, both options will take 48 hours to complete and your data will be removed from our system.

  1. Sell all your portfolio holdings.

  2. Confirm you have no pending deposits.

  3. Fill in your details below.​​

Option 2 - Login into your account
 
  1. Login to your app

  2. Confirm you have zero balances under "Your Assets"

  3. Select Account (person icon) in the app

  4. Select Deactivate Account

  5. Read the Disclosure and check the box.

  6. Click on the Deactivate button.
