There are two options to close your account with Ndovu.

Once initiated, both options will take 48 hours to complete and your data will be removed from our system.

Confirm you have no pending deposits.

I understand that this action is irreversible and that it may take up to 48 hours to be effected. I also understand that I will be required to re-submit my information afresh should I wish to open another account in future.

Confirm you have zero balances under "Your Assets"
Select Account (person icon) →in the app
Select Deactivate Account
Read the Disclosure and check the box.
Click on the Deactivate button.
