Waanzilishi is regulated by the Capital Markets Authority of Kenya, the Institute of Certified Investment and Financial Analysts as an Investment Adviser & by the Communications Authority as a Business Process Outsourcing firm.

These Terms of Use (“Terms and Conditions”) mandate the terms on which the users (“You” or “Your” or “User”) access and register on the website www.ndovu.co or the Android/iOS mobile application ‘Ndovu’ operated and managed by Waanzilishi Capital, its affiliates and its group entities, together referred to as “Company” or “We”, “Our” or “Us”, collectively referred to as, “the Platform”.

Ndovu is an online platform owned and run by Waanzilishi Capital Limited, an investment adviser licensed by the Capital Markets Authority of Kenya and the Institute of Certified Investment and Financial Analysts. US-traded securities are provided to Ndovu users by a regulated member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC). The SIPC protects securities customers of its members up to a portfolio value of $500,000 (including $250,000 for claims for cash). Explanatory brochure available upon request or at www.sipc.org.
